Terms of service
In force since September 17, 2026.
The rules of the contract between your company and us: what the service includes, what limits it has and how it ends.
Missing detail: the identification of the controller (legal name, tax number, address and registry details) We will publish it before the service opens to the public.
The service
Tracista generates 2D drawings from the 3D models you upload, with the sheet, standard, views and title block options you choose. The result is delivered in the formats available at the time.
The service is automatic. It does not include technical review of the drawing or engineering advice.
Accounts and company
The client company is identified by its corporate email domain. The first person to create an account with that domain becomes the administrator of the company space; everyone after that needs their approval.
The administrator decides who gets in, with which role and with which defaults. Each person is responsible for keeping their password safe.
Usage limits
Each plan has limits on jobs per month, storage, file size, processing time, concurrent sessions and drawing retention. The limits in force are the ones shown on the pricing page, which are read from the service catalogue itself.
We reserve the ability to temporarily limit usage that degrades the service for everyone else, giving notice as soon as possible.
Your content
The models you upload remain yours. You authorise us only to store and process them in order to generate the drawings you ask for and to provide you with the service.
We do not use your models or drawings to train artificial intelligence models, we do not share them with other client companies, and we do not publish them.
You confirm that you have the right to upload the files you upload.
Availability
We work to keep the service continuously available, with maintenance windows announced whenever they can be foreseen. We do not offer an availability commitment with penalties unless agreed in writing.
Closing and termination
You can stop using the service at any time. Before closing you can download your drawings; afterwards they are deleted according to the retention period.
We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or puts the security of the service at risk, explaining the reason.
Price
Commercial terms are agreed in writing with each company. While they are not published, amounts are provided on request from the contact page.
