Purpose

Tracista is a web service that generates 2D technical drawings from 3D models uploaded by the user. The website presents the service and gives access to each client company private application.

Access to the website is free and open. Access to the application requires an account created with a corporate email address and is subject to the Terms of service.

Use of the website

You agree to use the site and the service in accordance with the law and not to take actions that could damage them or prevent their normal operation, including unauthorised intrusion testing, mass content extraction and attempts to reach other companies data.

If you find a security flaw, we ask that you report it to us before disclosing it.

Intellectual property

The software, design, texts and trademarks of the site belong to their respective owners and are not transferred by using the service.

The 3D models you upload and the drawings the service generates from them are yours. We acquire no rights over them: we process them solely to provide you with the service, and we do not use them to train models or for any other purpose.

Liability

The drawings the service generates are an automatic result and do not replace review by a competent person. They must not be used for manufacturing, tendering or certification without that review.

We do what is reasonable to keep the service available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or fitness of the result for any particular purpose.

Applicable law

This notice is governed by Spanish and European law.
